National Chiropractic Legal-Legislative Fund (NCLAF)
The National Chiropractic Legal-Legislative Action Fund (NCLAF) pools financial resources from doctors of chiropractic across the country to support both legislative and legal actions that advance and protect the chiropractic profession and the millions of patients it serves. Any individual may contribute to NCLAF. NCLAF contributions are generally not considered to be tax deductible. Please consult your tax advisor.
American Chiropractic Foundation (ACF)
The American Chiropractic Foundation is an IRS-qualified, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable foundation, designed to benefit the chiropractic profession.
American Chiropractic Foundation Pediatric Council Research Fund
The American Chiropractic Foundation Pediatric Council Research Fund is tax-exempt charitable fund of the ACF, designed to support pediatric research in the field of chiropractic.
American Chiropractic Foundation Hyde/Sports Council Student Research Poster Fund
The American Chiropractic Foundation Hyde/Sports Council Student Research Fund is tax-exempt charitable fund of the ACF, designed to support sports research in the field of chiropractic.
Contributions (or gifts), dues and fees to ACA are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
To the extent that ACA engages in lobbying activities, 89% of ACA membership dues in 2020/2021 may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense.
